Within half an hour by car is Benidorm with its excellent theme parks - they are all situated on the resort's outskirts and they offer a wide range of 'days out' adventures for families and kids.


If it's a water park you're looking for, then look no further than the brilliant Aqualandia. Here you can ride enormous water slides and explore the huge network of wave pools and lagoons.


At the Mundomar Marine and Exotic Animal Park you can see spectacular sea lion, dolphin and parrot displays.


Terra Natura offers you an amazing trip

through different eco-systems and cultures recreated in  a themed park of incredible realism. It also has the added bonus of a water park to cool down in after seeing all the wildlife.


At Terra Mitica you can ride the Magnus Collosus (if you dare!) or venture into the Pyramid of Terror, the Rapids of Argos or discover the Lost Temple. Unlike most theme parks in the UK, very few of the rides involve queuing for hours on end!


Only five minutes drive from Casa en el Campo you can also find the excellent El Vergel safari park where you can see Lions, Tigers, Iberian Wolves roaming freely as well as many other exotic creatures.
